ALL CASH PAYMENTS: By order of the Mexico Town Board, all payments made in cash to the Town of Mexico and Tax Collector need to be for the exact amount. This includes but is not limited to 2026 Property Taxes, water bills, dog license fees, etc.

TOWN WATER BILLS: By order of the Mexico Town Board, a new water maintenance fee of $25.00 will be applied to every town water user's quarterly bill beginning in 2026.

Online Water Bill Pay
Please be aware, town and village water residents have access to DIFFERENT PORTALS for online bill pay.
Town residents (blue postcard water bills) will find the link to pay their bill on the TOWN tab > TOWN CLERK webpage. Payment information is NOT saved and you will need to know your water account number and exact amount to pay.
Village residents (white postcard water bills) will find the link to pay on the VILLAGE tab > VILLAGE CLERK webpage. You will need your exact account number to establish an account first; payment information may be saved for future use.
Upcoming Events
Town Meetings are held at the Mexico Town Hall located at 64 South Jefferson Street.
Village Meetings are held at the Mexico Village Offices located at 3236 Main Street.
All meetings are open to the public unless otherwise noted.
