The Mexico Town Board is a five-seat board and is responsible for the creation and adherance of ordinances, resolutions & proclamations.

Town Board Meetings are held the 2nd Monday of every month at 7:00 PM at the Town Hall on 64 South Jefferson Street. 

The Town Supervisor is Eric Behling ( townsupervisor@mexicony.org ) and the Clerk to the Supervisor is Kathy Barber ( superclerk@mexicony.org )

The Town Board Members are:
Eric Behling - Supervisor
Russell Partrick - Deputy Supervisor
John Sharkey - Councilor

We would like to extend our deepest condolences to the family and friends of Cindy Robert, who served the Town as a board member from February of 2021 until her passing in December of 2024.

We would also like to regretfully wish Judy Greenway all the best as she concludes her 19-year tenure on the town board. Judy will continue to serve as Town Historian.
