Cemetery Census
The census of all cemeteries within the town of Mexico was a project done by Bonnie Shumway and other members of the Mexico Historical Society, and the first version was published in 1983. Additions were made up to the year 2002. Many hours of reading cemetery markers, reviewing burial permits and locating obituaries were spent by all those who worked on this monumental task.
