PUBLIC NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Mexico will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on May 17, 2023, at the Town Hall at 64 S. Jefferson Street in the Village of Mexico, New York, relative to the application of Dan Cartier and Cartier Motor Sports to construct a Mini-Storage Building at 3195 US Route 11 in the Town of Mexico. The Zoning Board of Appeals has declared this matter to be an unlisted action under the State Environmental Quality Review Act and wishes to act as lead agency. All interested parties will be heard.
