PUBLIC NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Zoning Board of Appeals, Town of Mexico, will hold a Public Hearing at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, on September 16, 2024, at the Town Hall, 64 S. Jefferson Street in the Village of Mexico, New York, relative to the request of John Constanza to construct two Mini-Storage Buildings at 2914 US RT 104 in the Town of Mexico. The Zoning Board of Appeals has declared this matter to be an unlisted action under the State Environmental Quality Review Act and wishes to act as lead agency. All interested parties will be heard.
