PUBLIC NOTICE
TOWN OF MEXICO
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Town Board for the Town of Mexico will hold a Public Hearing at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible on October 15, 2025, at McAuslan Hall located at 3245 Main Street in the Village of Mexico, to consider proposed Local Law No. 1 of 2025, a local law proposing a one (1) year moratorium on Commercial Renewable Energy Systems. All interested parties will be heard at the public hearing. A copy of the proposed Local Law No. 1 of 2025 may be reviewed at the Town Clerk’s Office located at 64 S. Jefferson Street in the Town of Mexico or online at www.mexicony.org.
