PUBLIC NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Town Board of the Town of Mexico, will hold a public hearing on proposed Local Law No. 2 of 2023, a local law to replace Local Law No. 1 of 2013, updating the Town’s Flood Damage Protection Law in regard to FEMA regulations of flood zones within the Town of Mexico, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, on September 11, 2023 at the Town Hall located on 64 S Jefferson Street in the Town of Mexico, New York. All interested parties will be heard. A copy of the proposed Local Law can be reviewed at the Town Clerk’s Office or online at www.mexicony.org.
